Glisten has treated the pandemic issues not with levity since its outbreak. The safety all everyone connected to us has since become our priority; members of staff, students and our esteemed parents and partners in business. Our resolutions as an organization are to help fight and reduce the risk of this ravaging pandemic that has left the world in a bad shape. The schools board and management have made it possible for protocols to reduce risk of COVID-19 in and around Glisten, hence measures to check the spread of the disease
GLISTEN INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY HAS PUT IN PLACE THE FOLLOWING PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO CURTAILED THE SPREAD OF COVID-19
THE PREVENTIVE MEASURES ARE AS FOLOW;
- We have a hand washing point at the entrance of our premises. Automated soap dispensers and hand washers are mounted strategically for easy access. For one to gain access in to the premises you must observe this protocol.
- Thermometers to check temperatures of everyone that must be allowed entry into the premises in place.
- A standard body disinfectant bay well positioned for all entry
- Hand sanitizing points were created for easy access to hand sanitizer
- Humidifiers are also placed in offices where we have high traffic and class rooms.
- We discourage and never allow congestion or gathering of students within the premises.
- Awareness campaign inscriptions and signs are all over the school environment to further create awareness of the new normal.
- Use of face mask is a compulsory thing for everyone in the premises.
The ambiance of our environment gives room for zero risk of contracting COVID-19 as the sanitary department ensures a proper, cleaned and well-ventilated environment. Classes and offices are disinfected on daily bases after use.
The office of the compliance protocol officers was created in our campuses to ensure high level of compliance of all the safety protocols always. A daily and weekly risk assessment report are submitted to the Chief Executive’s desk for re-evaluations.
